My Boost Mobile service was completely at "no service" status for over 4 hours April 16 from 12 am to 4 am.  This is even worse than their normal service, and probably equal to their "hotspot" feature for which I pay an additional $15.00 per month.  This service is so slow forget about watching any video trailers let alone watching an entire movie.

This sorry company is a perfect example of corporate greed in America and offers absolutely no value or respect to its unsuspecting customers. I would guess that a class action suit against Boost and probably other cariers would find quite a few aupporters nation-wide.In fact I am thinking of entering a complaint against them in my local county Small Claims Court.

Has anyone ever taken their sorry carrier to court? May be worth the effort if it is accepted by the court.  They really should not be able to exist ripping customers off, making billions, , offering one of the poorest/slowest services in the industrialized world???yes! the US is rated like 8 or 9 in cellular/broadband services.....and Boost is possibly the worst example...DO NOT USE BOOST
