I contacted Boscov's again yesterday, and they called my bank to "lift" the precharge off. I was reimbursed. They say that this is their policy. I am thankful that they did reimburse me.
However, I will not order from them again because I do not want to be charged twice until they decide to take the extra charges off in "3 to 5 days." my check book could have bounced.
