How does this? Someone with no moral compass what-so-ever.
My grandmother hired this guy Joe to move her car. He lied to her. The car took three times longer than expected to move. It was scratched. They lied about the scratches. They never took responsibility for their mistakes. Total liars -total scammers - total thieves. If I lived closer I would visit Joe at his office. He would not like what I had to say.
Joe - I don't know how you sleep at night buddy. Aren't you afraid you are going to run into someone you hurt? Get your mind right Joe. Stop ripping people off. Do the right thing. Take pride in a job well done. Take responsibility when things to south. It's a small world Joe. The internet makes it even smaller.

You have only been in business for 7 months. How the h*** can you call yourself one of the leading transport companies in the industry. You are a one man company and you are not even that good at what you do.
Hurting old people... well... you are a scum bag. There is nothing worse than a guy that preys on old ladies.
