Boston Realty Works Timothy O'Brien has yet to respond to any phone calls sent to him about a security deposit of 1,050 that he owes. He refuses to respond to any phone calls and is extremely unprofessional. Boston, Massachusetts
Timothy O'Brien of Boston Realty Works has owed a balance of 1,050 for a security deposit since September of 2009. It has been over 8 months in which he has failed to respond to any messages or phone calls left on his voice machine. The one time he was able to be contacted, he falsely accused the apartment of being trashed once it was vacant and allegedly reported the dishwasher was broken. He also mentioned that he would report back immediately once he found out if the dishwasher was indeed broken and has failed to contact me. In addition to this, O'Brien, has been left voice mails over a dozens of times and has been contacted very frequently yet has no desire to deal with this issue. Finally, the money from a security deposit is supposed to be held separately in an account, which is why I do not understand why my money is not being returned to me. It is also being held with interest after the first month following the termination of the lease. O'Brien has showed no interest in resolving the matter and has been extremely unprofessional over the past 8 months.
