Bounce Around Horrible!, Avoid!, Poor choice for a party!!! Glen Burnie Maryland
This place is completely unfriendly to parents, children, or visitors. Frankly I'm not even sure why they are in business.
The list of issues that occurred:
- Would not allow the party to begin, until it was paid in full
- Would not provide the name and phone number of the pizza place, that provided the pizza. I wanted to confirm prices since they charge in excess of $15.00 for each pizza. (I was bluntly told upon inquiring "Do you want the pizza's or not")
- Would not allow my cousin's 8 month old baby into the play area with her mother, until they had BOTH watched the safety video (pretty sure that an 8 month old isn't bouncing... or following the video)
- Would not allow my cousin to bring her baby formula into the party area.
- Attempted to physically intimidate my brother in law, and cajole into a fist fight. Repeatedly made inferences to how much money he made, and that it was his establishment, so he could do "whatever I want to do". In addition he invited my brother in law outside to settle their differences.
- Would not allow a chaperone into the "toddler" inflatable to assist my 2 year old sister, to avoid injury.
- Made everyone at the party remove all rings, watches, belts, shoes, hair accessories...
- In the middle of opening my daughter's presents said loudly "You all need to leave here, you have 5 minutes and then I start charging extra"
- The "fun police" a.k.a. the disaffected teenage employees looked and acted as if they would enjoy a funeral more. They were condescending, and rude.
In addition, while not exactly egregious, I didn't like that we were not allowed to bring in 2 litre bottles, juice bottles, cups, ice, utensils... regular party fare. NO FOOD other than their cardboard overpriced pizza is allowed.
All in all I would avoid this place like the plague. This was a one shot deal for me. There are plenty of competitors in the area, that can offer more enjoyment for better money... This place is a complete and utter disaster.
Check out the other complaints like the one where the owner brandished a gun... I wish I had.

If I were you, I would report them to BBB.com. That will also give them a chance to shut down their business if it gets to that point. Good luck though, they sound like they have issues and they shouldnt operate a business. You should have also made them leave or left there without paying a dime. And I hope you gave them a peice of your mind.. and I wish I could too.This really pisses me off!

If I were you, I would report them to BBB.com. That will also give them a chance to shut down their business if it gets to that point. Good luck though, they sound like they have issues and they shouldnt operate a business. You should have also made them leave or left there without paying a dime.
