Bounce Energy - billing rate deception Houston Texas
DO NOT switch to Bounce energy with their published low rates...it is a total lie. I switched to them when my term was up with another provider and after being lured in with the low rate promised, which was supposed to be fixed, my next months bill was over 4 times the previous month. After calling, complaining and being told I was only on a "promotional rate" for the first week, and then it increased to over .12 /kwh
Do no fall for their tactics! They have the highest turnover rate of any energy provider, and are only looking to gouge you for as many months as they can get away with. Go with Direct Energy, TXU, ANYONE but these crooks!
Be warned.
