After carefully comparing the rates and plans of 7 power providers I switched my service to Bounce Energy. Well I noticed in my first bill that I did not get the rate I signed up for and that my bill was higher than it has ever been. I looked at my contract again, I called them and told them to re read my meeter and to please honor the terms of my contract.  Next month the bill was even higher. I Looked carefully at the online bill and I was paying 15.7cents per KW not the 7.5cents outlined in my contract for KWU.   There is no arguing with these thieves and liars so I switched to another more reputable company.  I am sure the next bill will be much lower. These folks are scam artists and idiots. Go to Hell bounce energy.

I apologize for your negative experience with Bounce Energy.  Without knowing your account information, it is difficult to provide resolution to your complaint. However, given the information you
provided, I can give you some insight. 

The rate you enrolled at is Bounce Energys average rate at 2,000 kilowatt hours used.  This rate is composed of an energy rate assessed by Bounce Energy (this rate will remain constant throughout your contract term) and TDU Fees billed by your Transmission Distribution Utility (Oncor, CenterPoint, AEP, or Texas New Mexico Power). Details of your energy and TDU charges were disclosed in your Electricity Facts Label that was mailed to you in your Welcome Packet approximately 1-2 weeks after you enrolled with Bounce Energy. Some TDU fees are calculated based on your amount of usage, while others are flat rates. Therefore these fees may vary from month to month which will affect your average rate.  If you are a customer with low usage, you may find that your average price per kilowatt hour is higher as a result of the fees assessed by your TDU.  Bounce Energy would like to provide more information to you to ensure your complaint is resolved.
