Bounce Energy Taking advantage of customer by charging really high tdu fees,and not sending customer the gift card they promised even after repeated calls and emails. Internet
My bills with this company keep getting higher and higher. Initially they were charging a decent price.Now its to where I can't afford their exorbitant prices. TDU charges were 1/3 of the bill,bringing it to almost 400 dollars which is the highest it has ever been with other companies. I am disappointed that they never sent me a gift card of 75.00 dollars that they have been promising since yrs ago. I have called them several times only to be told the same thing to wait for a certain email which never comes,and I have checked it on a weekly basis and nothing. Also they never gave me a 50.00 dollar credit for signing a sister of mine.
