Someone from Bounce Energy's corporate office called me today to explain what had happened and to apologize for the inconvenience it had caused me. After my conversation today with their representative I am satisfied with the outcome and I would still recommend them as an electric provider. I had never had a problem with them before this incident and they have some really great plans.
