First, I will say I have cashed out with them 3x. Of course minor $1000, 3000, and 5000ish checks, but they have paid.
My complaint right now is I deposited money with my credit card and they should have charged $2034 and they charged $2101. I contacted them and said the amount you hit my card for was more....they went back and forth and said maybe fees. It is a Visa Signature and no fees for foreign. I kept saying just credit the $50ish....and we sent 10+ emails. Then they wanted me to call and I was like why??? No, just do it.
I tried to login the other day and it says call. Whatever, it is not my problem.
I got my charge today. No credit. I called to confirm no fees and they said no this is a solid charge for this....I said it is wrong and I disputed.
Watch what they are actually charging your card. If they are tacking on $10-50 extra on all credit cards beyond their service fee, they are making millions off people not checking.
I accepted the credit card fee of 3.9% or whatever it is....I am saying they charged more than that!!
This company paid out my checks - I don't understand why this scammy deal here....make sure the amount you agree too is the amount hitting your card.
