Contracted to build a website for the company I work for, boxchilli media did not deliver.
Subcontracted from another website to build a animated system Anders often lied about his capabilities.
At the point we decided to part ways with Anders and his lies he kept our deposit and decided to become illusive.
We have been given the details of several other clients and and contacted them to find out what their encounter was with boxchilli media.
Five other customers have been left in a similar situation with one initiating court proceedings.

I noticed the above negative review some months ago. Initially it made me very nervous about doing business with this company. However, we went ahead with the project anyway and I am pleased to say that our experience was very positive.
I also spoke to them about this report and claims of "5 other customers in same situation" and have trawled the web to find evidence of this, of which there is none. The person who wrote this review obviously had a very small budget, and expected the earth in return. When budget was exhausted and they were still not happy, they obviously went on the attack instead of extending the budget or being in the slightest bit reasonable about the situation. They are a business after all !
Our project couldn't have been more challenging. It was a terrifying concept to migrate the previous site. There were problems along the way. However, not only did this company get the job done, they did it at zero profit, or possibly even a loss. We couldn't have extended our budget to deal with the unforseen and impossible to predict problems, and they were kind enough to cut their losses and complete the job anyway.
I myself am fairly experienced web designer, but for less complicated projects (hence why we outsourced it to BoxChilli). Too often it is the case that people have no concept of the time, effort, or cost involved in building websites. Too often, customers agree to a spec, and when complete, decide that actually they want something different, and expect designers to back-track and re-do the work without additional budget.
Anyway, having been so impressed with the skillset of the team, the work that was delivered, and the degree of professionalism throughout, I felt it was my duty to rebut this ridiculous review. And as for Ander's lying about his skills, this is utter nonsense. Between them, this team can pretty much do anything from basic blogs to highly profitable e-commerce sites, SEO, social marketing, or even security and penetration testing. Just take a look at their long list of happy customers on the portfolio, and I think it will be obvious that this one person has simply gone off the deep end after messing up their own project.
I highly recommend the BoxChilli team for all your internet marketing related needs !
