 In April 2013 ordered 4 tickets to Lion King in Dallasfor an Oct 05 show. I ordered early to ensure good seats. Boxofficeticketsales (BOTS) charged 23.5% service fee ontop of ticket price which I found outrageous but still took the hit to get the good tickets early. Details of BOTS invoice indicated that tickets would be available for delivery by email after 28 Sept 2013. I placed numerous calls to BOTS to find status of tickets and was told repeatedly that the tickets would be sent shortly and someone would call me back to tell me they had been emailed - "we will call you within the hour", "we will call you back by the end of the day" etc etc.

Finally, on 01 October I was told that "so sorry, your tickets have not been delivered by the Vendor so here is a refund". The show is 05 October so availability of tickets is very limited. Refund offer was for 100%, I demanded the 125% including the fee refund.

The response of the telephone operators is useless. They are uninformed, do not collate the information from previous calls and generally present a completely useless service to callers. The operators refer to "Sara" who is the floor manager who also was equally useless. A request to Sara's manager was refuted since "he doesnt take calls".

Bottom line - this Boxofficeticketsales.com service is amateur at best, a bunch of clowns only too eager to take your money but then provide little to no service to back up their exorbitant service fee. Go elsewhere, (((competitors' names redacted))) all far better options.
