Prior to entering into a Buy it Now on Ebay, I called the phone number listed on the Ebay listing #517-290-3834 and spoke with a guy named Blake. Blake told me that this was his friends car and his friend had owned this car for years. His friends name is Duke Atherton. After entering into a buy it now deal with this seller, Blake told me to send an overnight check to Duke and that he would arrange for shipping the following week. I told him that I would prefer to pay thru Paypal, which he was not happy about because of your fees. I paid the $500.00 deposit on 12/28/07 and the remainder on 12/29/07 thru paypal. The seller, Blake, did not arrange shipping for almost 20 days. We arranged shipping that the seller was suppose to pay for, he signed a contract to ship and then refused to release the car. I have just found out that Blake, is NOT the owner, Duke is NOT the owner nor did he own the car for years. He purchased the car from an estate auction and owned it for 1 week prior to supposedly selling it to Bozzo Auto. Bozzo Auto is no longer in business the phone has been disconnected, the email address has been terminated. The address that I was given where the car was is a fake address. Blake told me today that he is not affiliated with Bozzo Auto but that he simply owns the lot where Bozzo Auto use to be.I asked to be refunded the money because the deal seems to be fraudulent and Blake told me that he never received my funds, that Bozzo Auto did and that he did not have the money to give it back to me. If Blake did not own Bozzo Auto than why did he have his phone number on the listing on Ebay. Blake also sent me a title which I have copied but since returned to him that looks fake. It was filled in by a typewriter and the name and address was filled in so poorly that it could not be read. It said that it was from Bozzo Auto, not Blake, so how is he trying to sell this car to us? I had the shipped find the car because I did not believe it existed. He saw it today and found the windshield cracked, the body damaged and the engine not working properly. The car was left on an abandoned lot with the key in the ignition. The car has been severely misrepresented and the Seller(who ever it is) can not be trusted. I tried to call the listed owner of Bozzo Auto, Mark Bozzo, and he has had his number suspended at his consent.

After entering into a buy it now deal with this seller, I called we were left for over 20 days with little to no contact with the seller. We were under the assumption that the seller Bozzo Auto was represented by the person that we had limited contact with "Blake" (no last name was ever given). After helping the seller arrange for transport (that he was responsible for paying) the shipper was unable to pick up the car. Finally today 01-17-08 we got a call from the suposed seller Blake and found out that he had not been the one to post the ebay ad nor was he affiliated with Bozzo Auto. When asked were the monies we sent were received, he said Bozzo Auto and that he had not received any money for this transaction and that he only owned the property where Bozzo Auto had been in business. He made several disturbing comments during the conversation such as "you own the car", the car is "As is" (yet he would not validate the condition of the car as it is now vs. the photos and description on ebay). He also gave the shipper the wrong address of the location of the car and was unreachable except for 2 contacts, one of which he hung up on the shipper.

Due to all the circumstances and elusiveness of this seller, we wish to remove ourselves from this transaction and receive a full refund of all monies paid.
