On Feb 13th - I answered an AD on Craigslist for a BPO Photo Taker in the Las Vegas area.

I received a return email from [email protected] with instructions on how to proceed - it included an independent contractor agreement, etc.

On Feb 16th - I submitted all of this paperwork back to them - including a copy of driver's license and real estate license as they requested in addition to my social security number.  I was told that the next step was getting a password so I could begin work.

On Feb 18th - I emailed them to confirm paperwork was received as I had not heard back - they confirmed it was.

On Feb 22nd - I sent another email asking for password - was told they were working on it.

On Feb 24th - I sent yet another email - this time I was told they would give me a password by the end of the day.

On Feb 25th - I asked for a status AGAIN - no response.

On Feb 28th - I sent ANOTHER email - this time I got a response they are having issues with creating a password

On March 4th - Send another email - no response

Today, March 5th - I sent a final email - basically telling them that I haven't heard back - it's been 3 weeks -they have my personal information and licenses and I am going to report them for scamming people if I do not hear back.

Still nothing ...

Where I can report this ?  California Dept of State?

Got a response back from the company last night and password was received. Everything is solved.

They seemed very nice about everything - so there are no hard feelings.  Perhaps they were having some issues with the banks .... I know that can often happen with BPO's.

Best of luck to the company.
