Bps Software bps rip off California
about 10 years ago when i was an aol user a friend told me about bps sotware and a program that they make called power tools. before ordering and paying for the software i called them and asked them about upgrades. they said they were free. i asked if i upgrade my aol software would i need to pay again for the software. they said no.
when aol upgraded there software i tried to upgrade power tool and couldnt. i called them and was told that the new version of power tools was not considered an upgrade but new software and i would have to pay for it agin. the guy i was talking to smugly said that he had the code for my upgrade and i would never see it.
i have never bought anything from this company again.
the reason i am putting this up now is i drve by a building with the bps logo on it yesterday and thought about this.
i would never trust this company agian
