Brad kisela went against his own Affidavit and never paid. In his sworn words he said he would pay yet never did. Proving that he is a dead-beat liar just as I always knew he was. Hope he rots in hell the pig.

Brad Kisela of spokane washington swindled us out of getting his scanners back BEFORE making the payment and he got away with it. I am going to see what the police in spokane and the attorney general have to say about that shortly.

brad kisela ripped me off! He used services like the attorney general of 2 states and the BBB to strong arm me into being extorted. He refuses to respond to emails and ignores the fact that I have bent over backwards to provide him with a working scanner and I even gave him another scanner and his money back thinking he would do good by me and do the moral thing. Brad Kisela has no scruples. he has no values and is morally a thief. If anyone needs solid proof go to my website to see all the forms, pics etc proving what type of scam artist he is. Brad Kisela signature arrived today indicating he signed for the money order and he signed for the 2 scanners. Now with 3 scanners and 50$ back, lets see if this customer who has defaced our name will be stand-up and pay what he owes. So far, 17 March 2011 he has not paid.

The final Certified Mail for the money order returned with his signatuture as proof he got 50$ out of us and 3 scanners also. Now I just want to be rightfully paid and he owes us a serious appology for having started this mess to begin with. All is available to see on the webpage under KISELA

For anyone who thinks they have a clue, forget about it. There is over 100 emails involving this. All I can say is Kisela contacted me in Dec 09, sent in his stuff 3 months later in March, Paid a deposit a week later, His work had to wait in line, his one scanner was returned in May by me, myself and I.
He agreed to pay me 100$ work, 15$ return shipping and barter the second scanner to me for the work done. Kisela claimed he never got the scanner. To make good by him, I rebuilt the one he bartered to me, added another scanner from my pile, returned his 50$ and dropped the ball in his court. Now I owe him nothing but he owes me a scanner and 115$.
To this customer. You are not a consumer, you are Brad himself or someone he put up to this. There is too many details you mention that only Kisela would know so you are a fake. Shut your trap and get lost. You are here to to stir the pot. :)

As a merchant in society it is your job to supply a customer with a service that he or she pays for. Treating them with respect and handling problems with them in a mature manner are part of the deal of being a merchant.
As we read your posting, we have noticed you have not given any service to this customer your complaining about. We have looked and looked and can't see of anything you did that would call for this complaint. He aparently sent you items to be repaired, paid the postage and you received them. After a long period of time the choice was decided that you are going to return his items after continuos complaints by Brad of the location of his items. He had no other choice then to file with these services you are whining about. This is what a person normally should do in a case of this. He figured you were not going to return his items and I can see why because you made several remarks on your post and it makes no sense to us why you posted this it all. Anyway, you sent his items back and then your asking him to send you money. This request you have made is out of right field for us and cannot figure out wht the heck you even put this down. Sheesh, he is out postage for sending his items to you and you performed NO SERVICE for him except hang onto his items for too long. You can't ask him for money for doing nothing, thats just stupid, get my point? Try reading what you typed and really listen to your facts and if you don't get it, read it again and again and agin until you do.
Forget this issues ever happened with this customer Brad and stop writing your ridiculous comments about him aswell. They are making you look like a terrible business to deal with and probably not helping your business.
