Brad Skipper - Swinguard.com ripoff illegal importation illegal interstate shipping Raliegh South Carolina
Once again Brad Skipper ,swinguard.com has conned and scammed people. This time he claims that 12 packages,all ship priority mail with confirmation were lost in the mail. He continues to decieve customs and illegally import switchblade knives from italy. These knives are sold on a prepay basis ,and most who pay never recieve there items.
Now the possesion of switchblades vary from state to state ,but interstate shipping for commerce is still a fedaeral offense. Not to mention the victims of his scams that just get ripped off.
He has finally realised that people are wising up to his cons and thefts , so his newest ploy was to hold weekly contests for a free knife.
This is done with the aid of one JOHN CADE -1336 Hazelcrest lane -Cordova - tennessee - 38018.
of course John Cade is responsible for shipping these switchblades interstate,again a federal crime ,not to mention that Tennessee is one of the states where switchblade possesion is a crime.
So Brad Skipper ships these illegally to John Cade in a state that bans them. Then John Cade illegally ships some of them interstate and in a few cases internationally. If Tennessee bans the possesion of these knives ,then what is the penalty for multible possesion and interstate shipping?
Any way a good part of this is a scam. people win ,but only a select few recieve them and those are the ones that win a 'fixed' contest. At least the community is wising up to all this and begun a boycott of swinguard.com , it's knives ,auction site ,forum and all knives with swinguard.com's wSb logo.
As a result of this boycott both Brad Skipper and John Cade have begun to threaten people with bodily harm and slander lawsuits. They have collectively also threatened to ruin the names of some of the honest and legit dealers.
I hope that if a Tennessee law officer see this report they will take the inititive to begin investigating.
Both Brad Skipper and John Cade were shipping primarily through the post office until a member of swinguard.com forum didn't recieve his knives.
The person was going to file a complaint with the post office ,so to quiet him Brad Skipper promised to replace these knives. Afraid that his scams might backfire and someone would report it to the post office ,they now ship all knives through u.p.s. Someone should notify U.P.S. that they are conducting criminal acts with the aid of U.P.S.' services.
Once again these people need to be stopped from ripping off customers and all the other above mentioned crimes.

The skippers sel at lower prices than Nick wagner and horizon outdoors causing Nick and others to file bogus claims that the Skippers are not truhtful people. This is simply not true.
