Bradley Custom Homes Aka Beam Custom Homes ripoff Don't work for or hire this guy! Doesn't pay subs! Not licensed! Dexter Michigan
Brad Eisle of Bradley Custom Homes has owed us over $3000 for almost a year on a house that was closed last December. He owes most of the other subs, too. We are in the process of trying to get the builders license (not his, a so-called partner who has never been seen) revoked.
He has used money that the title company dispersed for one job to pay for a different job, as well as spending customers' down payments for work on other customers' homes. Several of his houses that are under construction are at a standstill because the trades are tired of not getting paid.
Trades-Do not work for this guy! Homeowners, do not hire this guy. We are going to see him shut down if it's the last thing we do.

The company you talked about went bankrupt just after your report. The housing market also had collapsed in the area.
