I hate to waste another second of my time on this nightmare. But, I feel since I made such an effort reporting this terrible ebayer, I should also provide an update. I did receive both of my items yesterday. I'm guessing they were packed in pounds of animal hair in order to protect them during the 3 week journey to my home. Whatever animal they came from must surely be bald at this point, as all it's hair is on these 2 shirts. The t-shirt wasn't advertised as new so I suppose I can't complain too much. It also wasn't advertised as crap, but that's what I got. I'll chalk that one up to a live and learn experience. I canceled my PayPal complaint on that one. Now, the sweatshirt is a different story. It was advertised as new and it most definitely is not. The drawstring that goes through the hoodie part is half in/half out. If I ever get enough animal hair off of it I might manage to re-string it through. The size tag is cut out. Between that and the fact that it doesn't fit my son right I'm guessing that's because it's not the size advertised (3x). There's fuzzballs all inside the hoodie.you know the kind a sweatshirt gets after being washed and dried several times. The screenprint shows signs of wear. I will not cancel my PayPal complaint on this one until I get a refund. I will also be reporting you to Ebay on the grounds of fraudulent advertising. The only positive note in this whole horror show is the fact that I didn't get these atrocities in time for my son's birthday. At first I was upset by that. Now that I seen what type of merchandise he offers I would have been embarrassed to give these things as gifts. As soon as I can get the last of this animal fur off of them I intend to give them to him as hanging around the house type of clothes. $41.71 may not be a ton of money, but it's way too much to pay for 2 crappy shirts. And all the aggravation you have caused me.well, that I can't really put a price tag on that. I noticed you left a reply to the negative feedback I left you. And I quote both items was snet awful buyer! and worst ebay buyer i have ever experienced! I'm assuming snet means sent. And I guess I am so terrible because I paid you promptly, expected items that I paid for to be delivered promptly, and had the nerve to complain when you didn't follow through on your end. I suppose I've really crossed the line now by being upset that the items are crap. Well, your negative feedbacks show that you've had a recent rash of awful buyers. I can 100% guarantee that you will NEVER deal with me again after we get this totally resolved. You are a disgrace to ebay. It's people like you who cast a shadow over the 99% of decent people doing business on ebay.

U should get your money back from paypal as long as u did it within the 30days..That happened to me 2 times and if they don't have any tracking numbers or anything to prove they sent it well u pretty much win your money back it takes like 2 weeks maybe..AS for Ebay well they won't do anything unless someone higher up gets involved like the F.B.I.
