The entity in question should be avoided by all US consumers and for cause. Their business practices are questionable and not in the interests of consumers or anyone excepting themselves. Their products are questionable, have not been tested, neither do they perform to any acceptable degree as stated and should be considered worthless. Any after the fact involvement with these people you will not find pleasant of helpful. See the BBB reports and F rating on this company in Chino, CA. Pressure from representatives to buy additional products/services, i.e., cruises, are part of their schemes. Targeting the elderly and without care or concern for any is done. It is apparent that all those involved with this entity and any and all others affiliated with the products offered by this entity are solely involved for monetary gain only. As with many, greed is their motivator and companion. You will find the claims of this entity and their products in many media forms, including the  assistance of the United States Postal Service who is well paid to put these unsolicted papers in your mailbox/PO Box. There are no memory pills that will improve your memory despite what some will claim. The aging process cannot be reversed and is an ongoing fact of life for all. Apply this across the board to all matters of your life as the truth, and save yourself time, troubles, and money better spent on needful things/loved ones.

In order to set the record straight, first let me respond with a couple general comments to this derogatory report.

First, Brain Research Labs, LLC (BRL) holds every customer experience as our highest priority both in terms of safety and satisfaction.  Spending time and energy to address anonymous attacks is only one example of this philosophy. Our record for customer satisfaction is quite remarkable.  Please recognize that when a company serves the number of customers that BRL has, it is inevitable the there will be a handful of folks that, for whatever reason, are not, and never will be, satisfied with the product or experience. Regardless, every single one is important.

Second, ProceraAVH, has withstood the scrutiny of local, state and other governing entities across the country.  All authorized claims about the product are supported by a University validated, randomized, double blind, placebo controlled trial with a significant number of participants at the prestigious Brain Sciences Institute in Australia.  The findings for significant improvement in a number of cognitive performance categories are well published including being featured in JANA, a pear reviewed journal for the nutraceutical industry.  

Whats worth noting is that this substantial study was performed on the finished product itself.  BRL does not, like most other supplement companies, make product claims that simply rely on various studies performed by others on the individual ingredients contained in the product.

Now, regarding the specifics of this report, unfortunately there aren't any which makes it virtually impossible to present a clear and understandable rebuttal to all of the universal and overbroad charges other than to deny them all in wholesale.  BRL, for better or worse, outsources the processing and management of BBB complaints to a third party.  Unfortunately, if they are not timely responded to or are not receieved in the first place, they are reported negatively by BBB, regardless of the circumstances.  In other words, unlike the law of this land, we are convicted by BBB until proven innocent.  We are committed to working with the BBB to gather data from all of their affiliates around the country but this is a daunting and laborious process.

Finally, BRL simply does not endorse or recommend any such products or services such as cruises or the like.

If the customer who published this derogatory report would like to further pursue the specifics of their complaint, they can simply call the Customer Support line, reference this website and ask for a return call from management.  I will gladly pull their record so that I am dealing with the facts and will contact them regarding their dissatisfaction.  We will have a complete record of the initial purchase and also any and all contacts with Customer Support including a word-for-word history of what has transpired on this experience.

Finally, assuming the person who published this report legitimately feels they have somehow been wronged, I will look forward to receiving their request for my follow up.
