Interesyed in starting a Website , I contacted Brainhost.com who allocated the available site mycreativity.net in my name in 2011. As per the guidelines by them automatic directions were given for monthly payment of subscription USD 9.95 which is still continuing.
The following payments have been made by me for annual renewal of my site mycreativity.net
Your a/c 017903 is debited INR 2663.72 on 08-06-2015 05:48:25 Info: PUR/Hosting8552341366/855-2341366/Hosting8552341366 for renewal from June 2015 to 2016 as advised by the Billing information.
To my great srprise, I am denied entry into my site and all access is seen denied. Mails are returned with no response.
Monthly payments are continuing till today.

I understand that my site is now announced for sale ! What is the reason ? What is happening ? Can I believe any one of these systems ? Whom to take up ? These are my genuine questions. In case any one can help me by contacting the responsible officers in charge, I shall appreciate your kind gesture. I have payments as directed for renewal and no bills were outstanding. Now I am not permitted to enter my account of Brainhost.com for verifications. I had been Blogging on various related subject since 2011
