just be responsible and keep a register. You admittedly overdrafted yet here you are leading a rah, rah session instead of educating people.

Call, write, email, fax the Commissioner of Banks in your state, your state Senator, and your Govenor. BB&T is now allowed by law to hold and debit accounts "at their discretion". They should be required by law to process debits as they are received/authorized. They should not be allowed to hold deposits for unreasonable lengths of time. The technology available today seldom takes days to determine if funds are available. FIGHT BACK! Help change the laws/regulations.
