Branded Logo Designs Honesty Does Not Seem To Be Their Policy Sunnyvale California
So....where to begin? There are so many levels of dishonesty to Branded Logo Designs.
Branded Logo Designs was ok at first. They actually succesfully designed a logo for me, which I no longer use. I will get to that in a minute. After doing so well on the logo project, I hired them to do a website. They did not follow through after I supplied them with all of the product files. Well this company stopped working on my site after the first week of January. This continued for 5 weeks. I finally asked for a refund and was denied. I eventually filed a dispute with my cc company and the BBB. This is where things got interesting.
Branded Logo Designs told 2 diffrent stories in their rebuttals to my BBB complaint. In their first rebuttal, I was blamed for the site not being completed. The account manager said they were waiting on me to send the files (I did, close to 2 months prior). I presented evidence to the contrary so BLD sent in a second rebuttal. This time they said they had finished the site on Feb 8th. How can they do that if I did not send them product info according to their own account manager. Right, that was a lie too. By the way, BLD asked the BBB to remove my complaint because it was hurting their business. Hmmm...they should have thought of that beforehand. That ended with no resolution...no surprise there. I still had the CC dispute to contend with.
After I filed an initial dispute, BLD (you guessed it) lies again. Logo Bench operating on behalf of BLD sent in a fake completed website with original stock photos from 2013 representing my inventory to my CC company. The "site" also had unrelated text. I was able to prove that fact by getting an independent opinion from another website design company. Logo Bench/BLD also sent in a doctored billing doc with bogus shipping and delivery confirmations for my website order. How does one ship a website? I was able to dispell this false narrative presented to the CC company by sending in the dialogue between BLD and me from the BBB that included the other false narratives sent to the BBB.
The credit card dispute finally ended as of today. I get some of my money back since BLD actually worked on the site in the very beginning. I personally don't think they deserve anything for all of the aggravation, but....
I mentioned a logo in the beginning. I am no longer using the logo BLD created because I do not want any affiliation with this company. All signs of that logo has been removed from my company. All documents and ads have been edited and so has the website I designed after Branded Logo Designs failed to provide the service they were hired to do.
After all of this mess and deciet, Branded Logo Designs still sends me emails for special deals. I have also received a text message. No thanks....move along.
Other information:
Last I looked, Branded Logo Designs is not accredited by the BBB nor are they registered with the state of CA or the county where they do business. Logo Bench is registered with Santa Clara County Clerk and share an address with Branded Logo Designs.

Branded Logo Designs has emailed me and sent me text messages in reference to their current promotions until I blocked them (David Myer and Jason Andrew). I then received an email from some other guy claiming to be my new account manager, Jonah Finber. I didn't know we were still doing business so I replied to his email stating the following:
"After scamming me and an attempt to defraud my credit card company, I have no desire to work with Branded Logo Designs ever again. I have read countless complaints about your company and have come to understand one thing. My situation is not unique to your company. It seems that BLD has a long history of deceptive business practices and not honoring your commitments.
With that, please do not contact me again. The request for no contact also applies to any company affiliated with Branded Logo Designs."
My goodness, the floodgates opened up after that. I started getting emails from 999 Design Deals, Animation Sharks, Video Shines, etc. I blocked those too.

I have done some research and come to find out …
The person who is behind the online scams is Salman Ghaznavi. His brother Usman Ghaznavi lives in Fremont, California and his also involved in fraudulent businesses. Salman Ghaznavi is the king of fraudulent business, you can find an android police article and you can find another article from propakistani.
In the UK, there is a business registered as Logojeeves Ltd, under the name Waqar Khan, at the address Saunders House The Mall London W5 3TA. It says that Waqar lives in the United States and is a Citizen.
If you are looking to find these criminals, are located at 45333 Fremont Blvd #5 Fremont, CA 94538.
The fraudulent companies have said that I am the owner of the business. They have given my personal address and contact information. Their customers are calling me daily about stealing their money and also sending notices to my home.
USA, UK, and Pakistan forces are investigating and we have case numbers. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. (my contact information has already been blasted across the internet) We ask that if you have been a victim of fraud by any of these companies or affiliates, please provide me with information so I can forward to all the authorities.
Please keep reposting this so we can apprehend these criminals.

There is a group of fraudulent online companies that is scamming customers. They have given my full contact details including home address and told the customers that I am the owner and to speak with me. I’ve been getting a lot of calls. Online the company reviews state that I am the owner, giving my full contact details.
