Brandon Ballard a student at LSU who majors in English and Women's Studies is a rip off scam artists and an online bully who has decided to target a woman in her 40s who happens to be disabled with a brain tumor as well as a woman who disagreed with one of his online friends to which he has laughed about to all of us about it. He is very proud of his bullying ways and says it makes him feel good to see others hurt.
He sells papers to fellow students for outrageous amounts of money and the papers are complete flops always getting students failing grades. When he shows up to class he is drunk or high and has on more than one occasion has hit on guys in school who he knows is straight.
He has bragged about exchanging sexual favors for good grades. You should also know that he records all of his sexual excapades and then blackmails those he had sex with.
He is not a good person and enjoys making others squirm. He should be avoided at all costs and investigated by his school.

I recently ended my friendship with Brandon Ballard which has resulted in a barrage of unwanted communication from him (despite my attempts, albeit failed, at asking him to NOT communicate with me.) On the evening of Sunday, July 20th, 2014, I received not one, not two, but THREE unwanted e-mails from Brandon Ballard where he seemingly places blame onto me form issues he seems to be having on social media. He also seems to believe that tweets I made were in reference to him, when they were not. Brandon also went out of his way to send me tweets (which he has since deleted) despite my previous attempts at asking that he not contact e.
I have since forwarded the communication received from Brandon to his local police department in hopes that they will put an end to the unwanted communication that I am in receipt of from him on a continuing basis.
