Brandy Ross rip-off cashed money-order never sent items won on ebay Columbia Falls Montana
To make long story short,Bid on item on ebay,won item, but never received it..
Send Brandy Ross (Moneyorder for $50.99)she received it on 7-29-2002 and cashed it the same day.
Up till now im still waiting for my item....Emailed her twice a week for 2 months but without any response..
After 6 months im still sore about this whole situation..
Sure have a few choice words for you BRANDY ROSS...
(but will not type them here on this site)..
All i hope you read this and remember that you ripped off one more person...

Hi-- I am sure you already investigated filing a report directly with EBay--? I was under the impression that they have a pretty good flagging system to alert others of shady dealers, and they ban people from listing if they aren't holding up their end of the bargain. I don't think EBay can help with a refund from an individual vendor, but if that vendor made any money off EBay, they probably don't want to risk losing their access to posting on EBay. Report them to EBay. Good luck!
