Brenda Redell-Whistling Wing Life time Guarnatee Puppy Medical Lake , Washington
I purchased a sweet little s**+-poo August 2008 and just loved her. I just recently lost her to an auto-immune disease which is carried in the poodle lines. My little girl started showing signs of not feeling good and within 48 hours I was in the emergency animal hospital being told my dog had this disease which is common in poodles. I was unaware of this until now. In the end she had to be put down which has been devastating.
I called Brenda, Monday evening to notify her of my loss and to inform her of this disease and hopefully none of her other pups had this issue. I felt she needed to know and hopefully not breed the poodle any further if she was still doing so. Needless to say I have been very surprised that Brenda has not called me back to discuss my loss. She raved about the life time guarantee of the puppy. I'm not looking for money back or another puppy from her but wanted to let her know what to watch for. To be ignored at this time is unforgivable and I wonder if she has any other issues with former pups.
I thought any future buyers of her dogs should be aware of the response I have receive from her which is none. I see that she is now breeding another breed. So buyer beware she seems not to honor her "guarantee".
