Complaint Review: Brent Johns - Kuna Idaho

 All we did was help Elvis with financial aid and rent, his vendors would show up at the location we allowed him to use angry because they had not been paid. Many of his emplyees also have not been paid and i believe there have been  complaints filed with the stae of Idaho. When he removed his items from the location, he  left much damage.

Brent had designed a web page for me and everything is going good when we had some issues with it and have tried for months to get some help with it from Brent Johns and he will not respond whatsoever, futhermore he has registerd the web site in his name.  If we cannot resove this ASAP we will need to ask for help as to what to do going forward.

If it weren't for the damage being done to my reputation, I would look at this situation much differently because it really is almost comical.

As they always say, the truth shall be revealed, and the end result of this situation is going to be fought out in court if you're not in jail first. You can't go around spreading lies and rumors about people. That's called defamation of character and slander. I realize, as the saying goes, you can't squeeze blood from a turnip, and Elvis doesn't have 2 nickles to rub together so it's really going to be a matter of principle. Elvis claims that VanityVapes.com is a multi-million dollar business, but the website only gets 5-10 unique hits a day, usually from people off of Facebook. How do I know, I built the website and have code embedded deep into it so I get daily reports of EVERYTHING that the site does. Yes, even still to this day after he hijacked my web hosting account where the website resided.

If Elvis had any money, he would have paid me for the website that I built for him as well all of the other employees, most of which have filed claims with the Idaho Department of Labor. Elvis had to tuck tail and move out of Idaho and head for Las Vegas because he's got a lot of people after him, including his investors that he screwed out of $60K, Casey at Wrap World, and attorney Charles Crafts.

Elvis, you can run, but you cannot hide. You a ton of people suing you, and you've got the local police, the FBI and IRS after you. You really ought to stop while you're only a little bit behind, because the only thing you're going to be behind is bars. It's gotta suck having to constantly look out the window to see who's watching you and see if it's safe to come out of hiding or if the police are right there around the corner getting ready to haul you off to jail. You may fraudulently be able to pose as an attorney, you may even be able to forge an attorney's signature on paperwork that you filed for yourself to temporarily keep yourself out of jail, but you're not an attorney and no attorney is going to be able to help you out of the mess you've gotten yourself into.

Elvis Capellan is spreading lies and rumors about Brent Johns, which are absolutely false, in retaliation for Brent standing up for what is right - getting paid for services rendered as promised by Elvis Capellan. To date, Evlis and his investors owe Brent $18K dollars. I, unlike Elvis Capellan, pay my employees as promised. A man is only as good as his word, and Elvis is nothing but a coward and a liar.
