Complaint Review: Brent Johns - Kuna Idaho

Elvis Capellan of VanityVapes.com (aka Capellan International) is a major con artist, a liar and a criminal.VanityVapes.com and it's investors (Van Carlson, R. Aaron Seehawer, Shawn Luteyn and Sima Muroff screwed their employees out of thousands and thousands of dollars after not paying them for over a month's worth of work.

Our main purpose here, as will be for hundreds, if not thousands, of clients of Brent Johns, is to set the record straight that Brent Johns is an upstanding citizen and an ethical businessman. Anything Elvis Capellan says is simply untrue. We vouch for Brent's character. Brent built our website, and still maintains it today, 8 years later. He as done a great job for us and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone, including my closest friends and family

Elvis Capellan is spreading lies and rumors about Brent Johns, which are absolutely false, in retaliation for Brent standing up for what is right - getting paid for services rendered as promised by Elvis Capellan. To date, Evlis and his investors owe Brent $18K dollars.

I, unlike Elvis Capellan, pay my employees as promised. A man is only as good as his word, and Elvis is nothing but a coward and a liar.

The comments made by the individual, which you'll notice is left as annonymous, were left by Elvis Capellan of Capellan International (aka Vanity Vapes LLC, Vanity Vapes Inc, VanityVapes.com Inc, etc). These negative,  destructive (and false) comments are an attack towards Brent Johns because he contacted the Idaho Department of Labor, the Better Business Bureau, Ripoff Report and Attorneys at Risch, Goss, Insinger & Gustavel and filed wage claims and a lawsuit on behalf of himself and and 30 other employees after Elvis Capellan was evicted out of his office on Fairview Ave in Boise, Idaho by Newell Siler and left town for Las Vegas without paying Brent Johns the $18K that he owed him for building the www.VanityVapes.com website or any of the nearly 30 employees.

Elvis is currently under investigation by the local Boise Police, Attorney General's Office and the FBI not only for these actions, but other actions involving him as posing as an attorney (which he is not), and collecting legal fees while working as an independent marketing consultant for local Boise attorney Charles Crafts. Charles Crafts has since paid out over $23K to clients in an effort to refund money that was collected by Elvis Capellan behind his back.

Casey, owner of Wrap World, Inc., was one such client that Elvis was supposedly representing. Their is currently 2 lawsuits pending against Elvis Capellan in this particular case.

We know Brent Johns very well and have been doing business with him for nearly 8 years. He has always done a great job, he has treated us right and has helped us to grow our business. Check with any the other hundreds and hundreds of other clients that he has done business with.

The reality of this situation is that Elvis Capellan of VanityVapes.com hired me to build his website, for which he still owes me $18,000.00. 

Do me a favor and call Casey at Wrap World to find out how Elvis worked him over. Or maybe even call Attorney Charles Crafts who Elvis worked for as a marketing guy but led everyone he came in contact with to believe that he was actually an attorney and collected legal fees to file fraudulent paperwork. Or maybe even call the investors of VanityVapes.com (aka Capellan International) like Van Carlson, R. Aaron Seehawer, Shawn Luteyn and Sima Muroff how they liked be screwed out of $60,000.00. Or how about Donovan Johns of Volt Vapes who got hosed out of $60,000.00 worth of product that he sold to Elvis but never got paid. Of course, then there is the 30 employees who worked for Elvis Capellan and never got paid after he couldn't pay Newell Siler the rent he owed him and was promptly evicted out of his office, escorted by the police.

You can call the Idaho Department of Labor. the Attorney General or just look up all of the cases against Elvis Capellan (aka Vanity Vapes LLC, Vanity Vapes INC, VanityVapes.com, Capellan International or whatever business name he's stealing from people today with) on the Idaho Repository.

This, like most of the stuff on RipOff Report is exactly that, it's a RIPOFF. RipOff Report encourages people to make complaints so they then can try to get people to pay them a ton of money to get the report off. They know that they have people over a barrell because businesses can lose thousands, if not tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars of business. This is why I just received a phone call from someone at RipOff Report, telling me that they are owned by Google, but pay Google a lot of money to get those reports high in the rankings. It's a profit center that both Google and RipOff Report benefit from.

Ripoff Report is almost sure that Mr Brent Johns from Tree Frog Media Design knows what he is saying is not true. Anyone who investigates about Ripoff Reports history in the US Courts knows, Ripoff Report has been sued more than 80 times by unscrupulous businesses that want Ripoff Report to remove reports about them. Ripoff Report has spent to date over 5 million dollars over the last 16 years so we did not have to remove even 1 Report.  Maybe Tree Frog Media Design could tell us who Ripoff Report removed a Report for, for money.

Do yourself a favor and understand that just because it's on the internet, that doesn't make it true.
