We believe Brian Bauer, owner of Phenix Investigations is a fraud. He overcharged us for a simple matter and leaked confidential information. We also believe Brian Bauer of Phenix Investigations or one of his 2 investigators may have committed a crime in his methods. And when we questioned him he can't keep his own stories straight. Brian Bauer from Phenix Investigations is located in Greenwood Indiana but claims to be a nationwide company; however Brian Bauer doesn't even appear to have any other offices, which we believe to be false advertising. No question you should try another firm. Brian Bauer and Phenix Investigations are not what they claimed to be in our case. Phenix consists of about 2 investigators that we know of but we couldn't get a straight answer out of them; just a bunch of hyperbole.

This report was recently brought to our attention and we feel the need to address the allegations. This report is fraudulently listed and likely by a competitor attempting to improve their SEO since the report does not accurately list the author yet it lists our CEOs name and our company name and location no fewer than a dozen times. Bose Law Group is actually not even an actual entity. Bose, McKinney & Evans Law Firm in Indianapolis is a valued client of ours and we have already confirmed no one there filed the complaint.
If the author of the report has legitimate concerns to express it would be well advised for them to post their specific contact information. Instead, this posting appears to be a veiled attempt to anonymously harm our reputation we have work hard to earn over the past two decades. We would invite the true author of this report to post their contact information if they have a legitimate report to make.
Until then, we stand by our track record of success within our industry and the thousands of satisfied clients we serve annually.
