Brian Welker is a criminal con / scam artist. Fruadster and cyber criminal since 2011 and still at it. Has nice website and talks well on phone. Takes money then delivers nothing and does not return emails or phone calls. He's been playing his game of fraud since 2011 and is still at it in 2018.
