Briarwyck Apartments Enter apartment unit without notification, child piggybank and PSP stolen Dallas Texas
Around the end of August someone entered my unit to observe occupancy; my move-out date was September 1, however arrangements were made with management that our family would not move-out until September 6 a week later. During that week my kids' piggybank and PSP disappeared. Once realized that the PSP and piggybank was missing from our home I addressed this extreme issue with management and advised her that I do fault maintenance simply because on several occasions throughout the year maintenance entered my unit without notice. Finally, after several disagreements and the end of my lease my family relocated. I would like to report this apartment complex for violating my family rights by entering our home without prior/proper notification as well as for theft of my kid's property. Briarwyck apartments located at 10110 Walnut St Dallas, TX 75243 is a rip-off mainly for the reason that management presumes they had the right to enter ones unit without proper notification, for hiring maintenance without providing proper training and for the theft of my child's PSP valued at $200.00.
