BRIC Florida LLC is an investment company that specializes purchasing properties and developing professional relationships with investors who purchase said properties. These properties are located in several cities in Florida and Brazil. Peter Van Beuningen stated the following about his company, "we redo them [properties] so that they have good rental potential, and then we sell these properties within the rental income guarantee...so for investors this is direct rental income."

Leads for BRIC Florida LLC are obtained through several different sources. Their online sources include: Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Over half of their leads are generated though referrals from satisfied clients. Once a client has expressed interest they will be advised in detail as to how there service work. If that potential client decided to proceed with purchasing a property they will be assisted with the purchasing process, "from A-Z."

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION BRIC GROUP

During the onsite interview Mr. Van Beuningen was asked to describe a common complaint the company received. He assured us that BRIC Florida LLC rarely receives complaints. This is mainly due to the great customer service provided by the company, "if there are any issues we [see it through to] the end to make the client happy." STATEMENT FROM BRIC GROUP:

We believe the report is false, made by a competitor, but we have no proof of this since the claim made is anonymous. The Coral Lake and Beach Resort was previously owned by a local Brazilian owner, and represented by Venturis International, from which the current owner, Robertus van Kuijk, CEO of BRIC Group purchased the land and resort project in 2009. We have no connection or any affiliation with Venturis International. Planning permission was initially granted to the resort in 2008, but when the Brazilian government restructured the criteria upon which planning permissions were granted under the SEMACE environmental license, our license was revoked alongside many other new developments across northeast Brazil. The following years, BRIC Group worked very closely with the municipal government to amend and change aspects of the resort plan to ensure its entire compliance with the new SEMACE criteria. As a result, planning approval was regranted in September 2013. Building works are now well underway onsite with all legal planning approvals in place. Phase one infrastructure works are complete, villa construction has started on the beach front and building of the beach club is about to commence. All owners have full legal title to their plots and every new purchaser receives title within 4-6 weeks. Since the re-approval of our license, we have made great efforts to improve our communications with both existing and new clients. We communicated to all owners the license updates and we provide to anyone who wants to see proof a copy of the Semace license. We also share company documents relating to BRIC Group to prove we are a fully registered company. In addition, we send out quarterly development updates to keep clients regularly informed about new updates regarding development showing building progress, new conceptual designs and to inform if there have been any delays. It has been our aim to be entirely transparent with our clients. With regard to people named in this post, Sam Rogers has no connection with BRIC Group. Dingenis Poppelieres is the Managing Director of BRIC Group and has played an important role in the work carried out to obtain the regranting of the license and ongoing project works with this resort.

They have stolen many peoples money before they changed the name from Coral Beach- Venturis International, to The Coral Lake and Beach Resort - Bric-Investment. click on the link below. His official comment to all the scammed investors is ' Sam no longer works for the company' but last week his office said 'Oh Sam is in Dubai this week, please call back next week' The are scamming together. Sam Rogers was well known at many Real Estate companies down in Spain for his scamming practices. The Police in the UK have been informed by several of us making statements and charges and a large investigation is now underway. The Local Brazil Tourist Government is also making an investigation i was told by one of the other ripped off clients. So i will keep this website informed. There has been some speculation and adverse comments on certain forums regarding the CORAL LAKE AND BEACH RESORT project ("CLBR").

 

Based on that, we will stick to the facts, which can be proven and shows the legality and legitimacy of CLBR:

 

 

  1. A.     History of the Project

 

  1. The CLBR is a real estate project located in the municipality of Trairí, State of Ceará, designed to be one of the leading developments of the region.

 

  1. To do so, we took with all possible measures to ensure the legality and solidity of the project: we hired professionals to conduct an extensive due diligence of the property before its acquisition and independent environmental auditors to verify the project's environmental regularity.

 

  1. In those due diligences, it was verified that the CLBR is a result of an Allotment registered on 1992 and that all registers and licenses needed to install the Allotment were in place.

 

  1. Indeed, on 2008, SEMACE (the environmental body) granted a new Installation License to the Allotment (License 171/08). This license is needed for the construction of the public equipments (sewage system, streets, electricity, etc) ("Infrastructure Works") and was grounded on studies done by the members of SEMACE, which confirmed the environmental viability of the allotment.

 

  1. Also on 2008, the City Hall of Trairí reinforced the approval for the opening of the avenues and streets of the allotment.

 

  1. Based on these documents, we began to market and commercialize CLBR. Moreover, we hired the best architecture company in Ceará (MD CONCEPT) to develop the whole concept of the CLBR and expected to start the construction of the infrastrucutre of CLBR on January, 2011.

 

 

  1. B.      SEMACE issue and final solution

 

  1. However, contradictory and arbitrarily, SEMACE denied the request for the renewal of the Installation License and hampered our schedule for the installation of the Allotment. Curiously, this happened with other projects located at the coast of Ceará.

 

  1. We never stopped fighting to revert this abnormity and, after big efforts from our side, SEMACE approved the installation of the Technical Chamber to analyze the CLBR. This Technical Chamber had the CLBR analyzed by a group of technicians and concluded for its viability.

 

  1. Then, on 12-09-2013, SEMACE finally issued the Installation License n. 59/2013, which validity can be checked in the following official link:

I also purchased plot here in 2010.  Ownership the plot did not transfer to my name.

The Bric say about investment, that missing building permit only, therefore the work does not start.

But they promise  that will be soon.  
Promise more than a year.

 I am anxious already.

Hello, I "purchased" a plot of land in Coral Lake and Beach Resort in Brasil in 2011 and still have not seen my title deed, I keep getting all kinds of excuses regarding the lawyers, etc. but the fat of the matter is, they have my money and I don't have anything. 

If there is a class action lawsuit against BRIC and HBM Empreendimentos Inmobiliarions (the developers and builders) I would like to know more information about it and include myself, as I feel ripped off by these people.

I, Janaka Senevirathne, as the Managing Director of BRIC MENA in Dubai would appreciate everyone concern note the below statement on behalf of the Company.



We, BRIC MENA took over the Coral Lake and Beach Resort Project after performing our own due diligence and after approval of the Real Estate Regularity Agency (RERA Dubai) in order to carry out the sales and markeing in this region. BRIC MENA is not the regional office of BRIC INVESTMENT but we were preferred agent of BRIC INVESTMENT to carry out marketing for them in MENA region. BRIC MENA is not owned by BRIC INVESTMENT. We, were the sole agent and introducer for the project for our clients since July 2011.



We have successfully completed number of transactions to our clients and many are in the process of getting their title deeds from the owner/developer which we are closely assisting in liaison with developer.



Sam Rodgers was with BRIC MENA but was not officially working for BRIC MENA. Sam was the regional director for coral lake and beach resort and he was responsible for the marketing and sales of the project. He was assisting BRIC MENA for setting up the marketing campaigns for Coral Lake and Beach Resort. BRIC MENA association with Sam was purely professional and his assistance amd expertise was sought by BRIC MENA in order to launch the campaigns successfully. He has worked with the project previously hence company thought his experience is valuable.



Since November 2011 Sam is no more associating with BRIC MENA. Sam rodgers is no way connected to BRIC MENA either by position or as a manager or as a partner. He was never running BRIC MENA or owned BRIC MENA.



We, BRIC MENA is not aware of where Sam is attached to now or his position. We witness that his personal and professional profiles in certain domains are still indicating that he is attached to BRIC MENA which we, BRIC MENA bluntly deny. We request Sam Rodgers to correct his current positions and update his personal and professional details in such domains.



Further, we BRIC MENA hereby mention that anyone dealing with Sam Rodgers assuming that he is associated with company is doing so with his/her risk and responsibility. We, BRIC MENA do not assume any responsibility whatsoever.

It's interesting to hear these reports of Sam and Dies (the correct spelling) as I happen to know that the Coral Lake & Beach Resort is still being sold.  I imagine the investigations were not successful.

Dies is still based in Marbella whereas Sam is now in Dubai running a company called BRIC MENA (which I assume is the Middle East/North Africa branch of BRIC Investments.)

I was approached by the company to invest in their marvellous 5* resort.  I asked to see pictures of the resort in it's current state and was told they don't have any???  Alarm bells started ringing at this point, particularly because they claim to have an office in that area of Brazil and I was told they'd owned the land for 3 years!!  

The guy that contacted me was a blatant liar, telling me facts about Brazil that once I'd researched were complete rubbish.

I've told all my friends and colleagues to avoid this company at all costs, especially because they're doing a huge exhibition this weekend (which according to a guy who works there is being done illegally as they haven't been giving work permits to their staff!!)

Avoid at all costs!!!  Your money will go into a black hole and never be seen again!!

There has been a great deal of speculation and many adverse comments on certain forums in recent months regarding the legitimacy of the above mentioned project. Many of these derogatory articles and comments confuse the ownership and marketing rights of the legal owners, with those of Venturis International who had previously marketed a part of this land as Coral Beach Resort. Due to the nature of a forum ANYONE can comment on ANYTHING without the need for hard facts or proof. Conjecture and opinion drives the forums and unfortunately some less than content investors are often incited by anonymous loose cannons in the form of disgruntled employees and competitor agents/developers. Some of these Anonymous Members feel the need to fuel the fires of contempt in order to discredit legitimate companies who have superior products. we also point out that you should read the terms and conditions of this forum. The Land was purchased by the current owner, directly from the former owner of the land which, for your interest was not Venturis or anyone associated with them. We entered into working partnerships with award winning architects in Brasil who came up with the conceptual and architectural designs for the project.
