I purchased my bridal gown through this same bridal online store. I had SEVERAL conversations (live chats) with their online bridal consultants about sizes, delivery, returns, dress choice, etc. before I finally ordered my dress. It was the perfect size for me (I had alterations done for some small things I wanted changed) and it arrived well before the stated delivery date. The dress was beautiful and exactly how it was pictured. I was very happy with the service I received from this company and would definitely buy another dress from them (of course, not for another wedding for me, LOL) for a special event. I appreciate that it is not always easy to return things bought online - but I don't think this business is different from any other in that regard. I think we should all be careful buying things online - and be certain that the item is exactly what we want before ordering. I did my homework on the dress before ordering it from this business (went to a local bridal store and tried on dresses of a similar style, size, etc) and perhaps that is why I did not need to return my dress. Bottom line: my dealings with this company were more than fine, I was very happy, and I would buy from them again.

She did not call for a return authorization for over 2 weeks. We offered to ship here the exact same dress in the size she wanted immediately and it would arrive 1 month before her listed wedding date. She tells in her report that from some unknown reason she would not be home for a lengthy period of time. While we want to believe everyone unfortunately in this instance there were to many factors that pointed to the dress being worn for an event and then it was attempted to be returned. Even the customers own credit card company agreed with us and would not return the customers money. With over 100,000 satisfied customers and 25% of them taking the time to email, write and send us video and pictures we are proud of our exquisite reputation and customer service.
