Hello,
My name is Tom and I am with the Firestone Complete Auto Care Corporate Offices. I have located your case file which indicates the effected tires were not purchased from one of our locations, nor are they Bridgestone/Firestone brand. Our records also indicate that the tires had edge wear which is a clear indication of alignment issues. Alignment checks are recommended every 6-months. Furthermore, we provided two no-charge tires as customer satisfaction as you are a loyal customer and we always try to help. I apologize for the delay during these free services and would be happy to assist you in the future at [email protected].

Please proofread/spellcheck before posting what claims to be a rebuttal, or at least type what you're attempting to express properly. Do your research first and then send a memo for this location to get their act together. Check the yelp and bbb complaints /reviews and then conjure up an excuse on their behalf. Each of those patrons had very similar issues. So yes, I'm quite certain they created this problem. It's not a "more or likely curb created issue, it's a consistent Firestone issue. My steering wheel was A1 prior to the tire installation. READ, then write. No county for scammers period including you.

So you have NO warrenty and you FEEL they did this to your car. You do realize that you can know your alignment out by simply hitting a curb wrong. Which is more then likely what caused YOUR isse and your just scamming them for new tired because you do not wish to pay for them. Once again the American Conscammer strikes again. Why admit fault LIKE A RESPONSABLE ADULT, when you can bullshit your way into some free tires.
