I went in BRING YOUR OWN PART IN 281 , to replace brakes, routers, and to replace the drive belt. All were done and paid 479.85 dollars ( reciept attached) , next day, I heard a squeak when I turn on the car, and at times while driving. Brought the car back. Todd, manager asked me to leave the car for whole day to check and test drive it. At the end of the day, he told me, they could not recognize what is the problem, and I need to pay 100 dollars diagnostic fee to check what is the problem . I declined and went to the Toyota dealer.
Car was checked, and found the belt was not adjusted correctly when It was placed intially. I agreed to fix it at the dealer and paid 40.50 ( recipet attached). Then called Todd to get a refund for the 40.50 dollars adjustment fee I paid. He assked to email the receipt, recipet was sent multiple times, multiple messages was left asking what is the status of the refund. It Was going back and forth for a week. At the end, I was told , in order to have the refund, need to sign a release form stating that, "I will not put a bad reviews anywhere". I refused, and chose to get the ligitimate chanells to get my money back.
