Brodsky Low Cost "Purple Cow" Law Firm Brodsky Law Firm is A Horrible Law Firm .. Not Reliable New York New York
I contacted Brodsky law firm viewing there website, claiming cheap prices and no lawyer visits.. this should have been a quick uncontested divorce, since me and my husband are the best of friends and agreed to everything but.....I guess I got what I paid for... I sent my information, and paid $275 dollars via paypal... after countless emails and weeks later he responded claiming we needed to file under a different charge,
so my husband and I agreed, weeks later he mailed my husband the forms, which my husband contacted me and stated they were questionable and did not look kosher... however he had signed and notarized them not to mention mail them certified mail to ensure Mr. Brodsky recieved them... it is now 5 months later and neither my husband nor I have heard from Mr. Brodsky.... I never even seen the papers, meanwhile I was the one who paid for everything.... they should have come to me first, but were mailed to my husband who then stated they looked questionable....
I sent several emails... nice ones...and after no response.. I sent emails threating to report him.. still no response.... this man is taking peoples money and not providing the services he is claiming...he should be investigated and disbarred.. does anyone know what other steps I can take to claim a refund... Paypal claims they cant refund because it was not a service where merchandise was exchanged, it was just services not rendered... I already filed with BBB...no response...
