Bromalite Deceptive marketing Lewes Delaware
In response to a free trial offer I requested the 14 day supply of Bromalite for a 4.95 s/h fee. I saw the "offer" for a tea supplement but declined by not checking either box , for or against.
My free sample arrived without an accompaning packing slip or any other documentation of any sort. I had forgotten about the other offer.
I mistakenly thought that the company had inserted another free trial product in hopes that I would be enticed to purchase. When reviewing my charges for the week I was surprised to see a 34.95 charge for this unwanted tea product. After waiting on hold for 70 minutes I was finally able to speak to a live agent and was told that on the company website the tea offer is always checked for you and you must un-check it to decline. I went to their website to see.
NO it is not checked. Also I agree with the previous commenter, and discovered that I too was signed up for the fit program. I would have continued with the Bromalite product if I felt I had not been tricked from the very begining.
