On Monday, June 11, 2007, I received a call from Tim Sanders of Brookfield Lending Company. He said that he had received my information from another website that I had been on when I was applying for a personal loan. he told me that his company could help me with a loan for $5,000, but I would have to put up a collateral fee of $900 in order to secure the loan. He told me that I had until Friday, June 15 to let him know my answer.
On Wednesday, June 13, my husband prior to Mr. Sanders instructions money gramed him $900 to an Audrey Shilling in Ridgeview, Alberta, Canada. I called Mr. Sanders back with the refrence number and he said that my $5000 would be deposited into my bank account by midnight.
On the morning of Thursday, June 14, I checked my bank account and saw that the promised funds were not in my account. I called Mr. Sanders and told him this and he said that my file had been given to Kevin Brock. I called Kevin to see why the funds had not been deposited into my bank account. Kevin told me that the lender wanted additional collateral so that I would have money gram an additional $900 to secure my $5000 loan.
On Friday, June 15, my best friend money gram $900 more to Audrey Shilling. I called Kievin and gave him the reference number from this transaction and he said that the loan agreement would be faxed to me and that I would receive a certified check via FedEx on Saturday, June 16. I did receive the loan agreement and I faxed it back to him on Saturday, June 16.
On SaturdayJune 16, I recived no check. On Monday, June 18, I called Kevin and he told me that the lender fell through, but he found another lender that was willing to lend me $7000. To secure this loan, I would have to money gram an additional $800 to Audrey Shilling. On Thursday, June 21, my husband money gram another $800 to Audrey Shilling.
I then called Kevin Brock back with the reference number and he said that the funds would be in my account at midnight. On Friday, June 22, I checked my account and the funds were not there so I called Kevin and he said that since the funds were coming from Canada, I would have to pay taxes on them in the amount of $780. So I had to money gram $780 and I would receive my funds ($7000) in a certified check on Saturday, June 23.
On Saturday, June 23, I didn't receive a check. On Monday, June 25, I called Kevin and told him that i didn't receive a check and he told me that the contract that they had with the Canadaian lender had expired so by Wednesday, I would receive my funds in my account.
