This website allegedly sells quality bed sheets.  The website is beautiful, professional and even includes hundreds and hundreds of alleged reviews that are at, or nearly at, a 5-star rating.

I ordered a set of sheets thinking the description and reviews were all true.  I reviewed their return policy which guarantees customer satisfaction and a 60-day return policy.  Sounds easy enough.  I received my sheets which are touted to be luxurious and soft.  Far from it!  I washed the sheets and put them on my bed and felt like I was sleeping on sand paper!  I've had $20 sheets that are softer than these.  Makes me wonder if they really are Egyptian cotton.  I think not.

Anyways, I decided to contact them to return the sheets.  According to the website, you do this via email, which I did.  Immediately they respond with:

"Thanks for reaching out! We strive to provide the best possible customer service and typically reply to all requests within 2 business days. We are a small team here and do everything in-house but due to our recent growth we're a little backed up. In the event you do not receive a reply within 2 days, rest assured we're definitely on the case and getting to it as fast as we possibly can"

Shockingly, no response after days.  I've tried calling the phone number several times in which you can select an option for a live operator, only to listen music for a few minutes and then a recording that basically says we're so busy, we can't take your call; your best option is to email us and we respond in 24 hours.  A lie!  I've emailed them two more times.  Nothing.  I did some follow-up searching on the Internet only to find out that others are having the same problem if/when they want to return the merchandise.  No response.  The only other option I can think of is to contact my credit card company and report them as a fraudulent charge and trying and get the charge reversed.  Maybe that will get their attention!
