Fedex and Brownells have them a nice little scam going!!! I placed an ammunition order with Brownells. They sent me a tracking number showing when my order would arrive. When it showed as delivered, I began to look outside since I had been home all day and there was no knock on my door. No package. Checked at the neighbors house. No package. Contacted Brownells.

Their policy is no refund on ammo when it shows as delivered. Told them their policy is null and void since it was not delivered. They basically told me to bad and cut me off. Contacted fedex. Some call center with a person making an attempt at english that he must have learned yesterday. Was told how package shows as delivered and fedex is not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been delivered.

Wasn't very interested in the fact I was home all day waiting on delivery untill I informed them I do have 8 secuirty camers around my house making a video recording of my property 24 hours a day. I had reviewed my cameras before contacing fedex and they never came on my property. Now I am being told how it wll be so many days while they talk with their driver and "Look into it". Fedex and Brownells were fine with leaving me hanging out to dry until they found out I have a video record proving no delivery was made to my property.

Package theft is something common today and now fedex is using it to avoid responsibility when they lose a package also. Easy for them to just claim they made the delivery and it must have been stolen so, they are not responsible. Guess they dont count on the home security cameras showing they were never hear. Brownells attitude toward it all is basically; "We got the money now so we could care less". At least Fedex is now getting active trying to find where their driver screwed up. Brownells could still care less.

On March 2, 2019, I was again on the phone with both Brownells and Fedex.   Informed Fedex that one of my security cameras shows the road into where I live. It is a dead end road with only one way in and out. A fedex truck didnt even come on that road all day. They informed me the package was misdelivered and was in Knoxville, TN. For them misdelivered is missing the entire city where it was going. Told them to just return it to the shipper. Then contacted Brownells and informed them the order was being returned to them.

After getting the hassle about how they dont allow returns on ammo, they finally agreed to refund my money once the package was returned to them. According to them, it takes 10 days to get the order processed back into their system, then a request will be sent to accounting to issue me a refund. Will be lucky if I see a refund within a month of this incident starting. The way customer service at fedex and brownells works, it really should be a government office.
