Labor Force Rip Off By Contractor
Brownlee Construction company of Knoxville, Tennessee is No.1 in labor force pay rip offs. They have a normal practice of sub contracting labor, having said labor provide materials, refuse to comply with scheduled payments, delay the labor with various tactics such as holding up workers while electricians or others take over the jobsite, then, they inform labor the architect is causing the hold up, after this they will always order "charge backs of atleast $100.00 per day during the time of this delay. They never inform you of charge backs until the delay is completed. What this does is gets them free labor. Project Engineer Lynn Nance performs these "free labor" tactics for Brownlee Construction.
Union and non union companys should be warned of this. A complaint has been filed with Knoxville Development Authority and further complaints will be lodged in Court and with the United States Attorney, as this touches upon RICO.
Defrauding laborers of pay.
These same delays result in cost overruns charged back to the company or individuals having the construction performed as cost over runs therefor they double there money. A former employee and Project Engineer known as "Harold" was fired for discovering this. Any Brownlee employee will tell you the same thing as long as Lynn Nance isnt around.
