Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

A young gentleman rang the bell and offered to sign a contract with electric utility company. I answered him that we signed a contract last year and that we are very happy with services and rates. He pallidly turned around and left to the next townhouse.

10 minutes later, another guy with the same tag on his jacket rang the bell again. I told him that his partner visited us ten minutes earlier and we are not interested in their services. He was a very energetic young man who convinced my wife that his partner gave us wrong info and the reason for their visit is to help us to reduce cost of utility bill and that there is nothing to do with our current supplier or distributor.

Two days later we received two separate contract by mail with agreement contract WITH variable rates!!We decided to correct the mistake and called the same guy and asked him to cancel the agreement. He did explain that we are staying with current supplier and will continue to pay the same rate as before. This is when it gets interesting so went online and started searching about the company.

Hope this information will help to avoid these guys even to enter you doorway

How is this considered a "ripoff"? - Your utility is currently charging you a variable rate too!

How is what you described a "ripoff?"  Your utility company is currently charging you a variabel rate.  Unlike your utility company, we offer two different choices when it comes to your rates.  A fixed rate for a set period of time or a variable rate.  I don't see how this classifies as a ripoff, unless you consider what you are paying your utility company a "ripoff" too?
