Is this an example of Poor Food conditions?
Inadequate Cooling and/or Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s) At time of follow
up inspection, foods storing in the top left portion of the prep cooler are at <4C except wontons which measured at 10C.
The manager stated that they had been out for approx. 1 hour and they were immediately placed back into the walk in cooler. One heat lamp has been removed from above this cooler which may help to keep foods under 4C.
The Manager advised that wontons will be kept in the drawer cooler below 4C until proper covers have been ordered. Ensure you continue to monitor the remaining items in this top portion of the cooler and ensure that all foods are kept at 4C at all times.
