He has given just enough information to know who he is. He prefers to remain anonymous because he is aware that these statements are actionable. He can keep his anonymity. But he is a loan officer that worked with the company for about 5 months. Was actually a productive worker but had a substantial drug and alcohol problem. Good producers get a lot of leaway. But even they have limits. After, several bouts of coming to work with the smell of alcohol on his breath, he was warned. After getting caught smoking crack in the bathroom he was fired. I guess he holds a grudge! I've know these people for years. It's not how they operate. If any of this were true, don't you think they would, at least, be being sued? If not jailed? The allegations are absolutely false.
