I first came into contact with Brumby Enterprises through Alibaba.com. They are a sporting goods manufacturing company out of Pakistan. The Owner of the company, Qaiser Sherwani, resides in England. He was the individual I came into contact with. Our organization is a little league football program and we were looking to get jerseys manufactured for our organization. Qaiser promised he could get our jerseys manufactured and delivered within a month and a half time frame. In addition, he stated that if we were not satisfied with our end product that he would fully reimburse us. We ordered 1500 jerseys from him in several different styles and the total cost was $14,000. We had a sharp deadline to meet and Qaiser reassured us that he would meet that deadline. August 15th rolls around and we do not hear anything from Qaiser. He did not communicate that he was having difficulties with some styles of our jerseys and we finally were able to contact him by phone and he flew to Pakistan to make sure our end product would be expedited in time. Qaiser did not comminucate as we tried to keep up to date on production many times. We were expecting our jerseys around August 20th and we did not receive the first shipment until September 8th. Our first little league game was the 12th. We didn't receive the second shipment until September 15th.

The first shipment looked fine but only half of our players played in their jerseys on the 12th. Then we started to receive a flood of phone calls on September 14th--the monday after our games. When the parents washed the jerseys the screen print fell off. Qaiser and his company Brumby enterprises got in such a hurry to try and meet the deadline they did not cure the jerseys although he would never admit this. We had to cure these jerseys on our own which costs us money out of our pocket and some jerseys had to be reprinted. The second batch came and we immediately cured them which cost us extra again. When I opened up the second batch of jerseys on September 15th my worst nightmare happened. The jerseys were the wrong color (3 different styles) and they looked really bad. The numbering and lettering was crooked, the numbers on some jerseys didn't match. We had to purchase jerseys domestically for those 3 styles and it cost us more than what we paid Brumby.

We ended up spending 26,000 dollars in jerseys when our budget was 14,000. When I contacted Qaiser about these issues he did not respond for a long time. Then when he finally responded, he blamed all of these issues on us and said that we are bad customers. We offered picture evidence of the screw ups but he did not want anything to do with us anymore despite him promising to make things right if we weren't satisfied. To this day I have not heard back from Qaiser and he does not answer back my emails or my chats on Alibaba.com

For all of those out there looking to do business with Brumby Enterprises, steer clear of this fraudulent company.
