Je recherche de l aide car je pense etre l’objet d une arnaque par un site web marchand que j ai paye le 20 aout 2017 pour l achat de lits via un virement effectue de Chine.
La societe ensuite quand je suis arrive en France a commence par me dire que le produit n’etais plus disponible, en sept 2017 vers le 25 sept ensuite m’ont offerts d autres choix que je devais accepter car ma famille allait arriver ensuite ils ne pouvaienet livrer dans le delais donc j annule la commande mi octobre et apres j essayes de me faire rembourser mais impossible.Tel ne reponds plus, je suis banni de leur page FB, etc…
Depuis des echanges mails mais a chaque fois on s en occupe on ne peux parler a un responsable , le tel est en France mais la societe est en belgique.Maintenant la societe m evites meme sur le chat online ils me censurent

Now the website is closed but I still found the information pointig on an individual who appears also to be the owner of this fraudulous company
