Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Brought my car in for specific issues but was upsold and convinced by Brian that there were more problems than I knew going on with my car. He told me my tires were bald and he got tires at a discounted rate, charged me $470 for spark plugs, $300 to replace my air filter, qouted me a discounted tire rate but i didn't come in for tires or a break change and all the other issues Brian discovered with my car that was not wrong with it. Brian tried to convince me my rotors were going bad and would need to be changed soon for safety. Guess he couldn't tell they were new and had just put them on less than three months ago. I knew what the issue was because I had my car previous looked at with another shop and had an ongoing problem. I also know a good deal about repairing vehicles. I just don't have the time to do the work myself.

Brian took it for two hours and came back with a $1,400 estimate and a laundry list of claimed issues that needed immediate attention according to Brian. When I questioned all of these new repairs that had never been mentioned, I noticed his attitude quickly changed and said it was up to me if I wanted to keep my bmw in good shape. I said no to his up sale and only agreed to fix what I knew was wrong with the car. Took him three days to fix a very small issue and charged me $800 plus a labor rate of $95 an hour. Three days to do this and it didn't repair the issue. Usually when a shop doesn't repair the issue they only charge for parts and not the labor rate. Took it back to my usual mechanic shop less than a mile from this place and charged me $300 and was in-and-out within two hours.

This guy seems to be hurting for money by the way he up sold every major issue that he could drum up. He is very over priced and wasn't able to fix the original issue that took another shop two hours to fix. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB and share my experience with them. I am fortunate to know how to repair my car and know when I'm being sold too. Be very cautious with this shop and the laundry list of problems that seem to pop up once your car is in the shop for a diagnostic. Finally after lots of research. I found out this shop doesn't even have an ASE certified mechanic at it and has no certification as a mechanic period.

Rebutle to a false fake report

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, June 01, 2018

This is a false fake review posted by a angry spouse due to a divorce. She clearly admits to posting these fake reviews with made up names and email adresses.

This report was filed as a fake false review. We do not have this customer or have had this experience with a customer period. the review was aslo posted on google with the email address being created 45  min before the post. This review states that a charge for spark plugs $470? There is not a car on this planet that cost $470 for spark plugs. The review states $300 for a air filter ? Again there is no filter for any vehicle in my 25 year experience cost $300.

The post claims in the beginning that was upsold and convinced, and then later in the post described how fluent he or she was with repiring cars and denied any upsell. This review is clearly a fake false review. The claim does not even speak about what was repired or the exact issue. the post claims a inccorect labor rate. No invoice number or proof of any documentation. No listing of what type of vehicle year make model etc.

The post also claims personal attack about hurting for money. This is a personal attack from the reviewer and has no regard to any service or repair. Any one reading this post -review will clearly read the inconsistacy in the dialog that this is a fabricated review.
