Bryan Sebeckis And For Your Body Magazine - For Your Home NON PAYMENT ALSO ripoff San Diego California
I was hoping that my case wasn't going to be the same, but after a month and half of non-payment and NOTHING from Bryan. I must jump on this wagon as well and submit that Bryan hasn't made payment to me as well.
I've got over $800 waiting in payment. I surely hope the excuse is NOT that my work was not what was intended or unusable, because I actually sat with the layout designer in the office and proofread and copyedited both magazines.
A payment was made in April for work rendered back then, but I can't seem to locate or find Bryan to date for work rendered in May and June. (after emails and phone calls)
Please don't claim that my work was useless and not usable. You personally saw what I found to correct in the first proofread: even if you had someone else do the final copyedit, payment is still owed for work rendered on the 1st draft of a copyeditor/proofreader, PLUS on the many BIO's and side bars/articles written for For Your Home AND For Your Body.

My case has been handled. We had a face to face meeting and we've handled this situation. Miscommunication on both our parts.
