In true fraudster format, the scammer "BRYAN TALBOT" has once more tried to turn attention away from his fraudulent activities by renaming his villa YET AGAIN. Originally "VILLA LORNA", it then became "WALNUT HOUSE" and is now "CHERRY TREE HOUSE". Also, the contact given is no longer "BRYAN TALBOT", but "LESLIE". Beware of these tactics and losing your money. The sites he uses are here:

I have fallen victim to this scam once under the original name and now look out for these activities. The first thing a fraudster like this does is change names, identities, contacts and so on. It is a classic scenario. You pays your money and you gets nothing.
BRYAN TALBOT/CHERRY TREE HOUSE/LESLIE/FRAUD/RENTAL SCAM/BULGARIA
It recently came to light that Bryan Talbot has actually stolen the land "Cherry Tree House" sits on! In fact, it belongs to his neighbour who has been away in Canada with relatives for a few years. Bryan Talbot just came along and said I like this and took the plot without a by your leave and built on it. The neighbour was not best pleased to see this, but understands it is just another of Talbot's frauds, like everything else he does. The matter is now in Court and the house has been sealed off after having it's railings smashed, windows broken and walls damaged with pick axes and sledge hammers. None of the shops or bars in the village will let Talbot anywhere near them and throw stones both at him and his car whenever they see him. Others spit at him. His car tyres have been slashed more than once, though he persists in coming back, despite being a reviled and hated thief. The malevolent Talbot naturally says the neighbour is trying to steal his plot! I guess we have all heard that before!
Just another reason to keep well away from this conman and everything he does. If you pay this thief any money you will simply lose it. Get in touch with the Police if you value your life and your money.

After Talbot cheated me out of money, I managed to find out quite a lot
about him, including his paedophilia and sexual perversions of all kinds and
have a network of people watching him to stop him from harming other innocent
people.
Just lately, Talbot went to Gran Canaria. Because of the crisis, Spain has
been badly affected financially and paedophile rings like the one Talbot runs
find it very cost effective to buy children for immoral purposes and abuse in
that country. That was the purpose of his jaunt. However, immigration and the
Police had been informed by their British and Bulgarian counterparts, which
meant he was jailed for 24 hours upon arrival, interrogated and deported.
Talbot is now a very well known international criminal, especially since he
was linked to Jimmy Savile and his child abuse in the '70s and 80's by a BBC
investigation. His main countries of activity, to whit the UK, Spain and
Bulgaria now monitor him closely. All his e-mail, phone and personal
conversations are recorded and anyone that comes into contact with him is
automatically put on a special register for investigation into paedophilic
activities and/or fraud. The advice is to keep well away from him and not make
contact under any circumstances as you will automatically be suspected of being
a paedophile or involved in fraud and will be monitored by Police of various
countries. This may well ruin your life. Stay well away and do not contact him
for any reason whatever.
