I STOP BT SERVICE IN 30TH JULY 2012 AS CONTRACT WAS FININSHED WITH BT I CHANGED TO VIRGIN MEDIA FOR TELEPHONE & BROADBAND

bt had 82.00 credit on my account at bt on 30th july i receved bill for 166.23 that covers line rentel of 43.80 broadband of 51.75 processing fee of 5.67 and call charges of 45.23 bill 166.23 that bill is taken in advance for three monrhs up to the 30th october 2012 its only 7th september 2012 i stop my bt service on 30th july 2012 no broad band no phoneline nothing i had paid 82.00 on my account i receved today other bill for 56.23 total with the 82.00 is 140.00 i have paid bt the bill only was 166.23 encluding all rental broad band lot in advance ive been totaly ripped of by bt i all so been charged 30 disconnection fee this is descrace outrages as the contract with be is finished in july 25th 2012

i was on phone in august i was told by bt supervisor that the disconnection charge was canceled not word truth in it it was all lies from BT it must be there education telling nothing but lies after lies on billing was calls i had never made i was charged for them and calls lasting one scond charged at 29p a time for one second the billes was riddle way thes calla at 29p a head call i had never made bt are biggist ripoff on the planet

RIPPED OF BY BT AGAIN I WAS SENT FINAL BILL OF 52.23 WITH I PAID 54.23 IT WAS PAID IN AUGUST 2012
that was closing bill at that point i had paid bt total of 138.23 the bill for the 23/07/2012 was 166.00
i paid 138.23 there was 28 to make the full total of 166.23 on the bill it claim bt had refunded telephone line rental of 25.90 and all so claim to have refunded 42.76 total refund 68.66 the refund is total desetfull lie from bt i can prove it i paid them 138.23 in cash there was 28 left to make the full bill 23/07/2012 that bill coverd from 13/07/2012 to 23 september three months that bill 23rd july was 166.23 of that bill 138.23
cash was paid leaving 28 the refund of 68.66 was total lie from bt how could they posibly gave me refund of 68.66 when the bill was 166.23 and i had paid in cash 138.23 of that 166.23 to day 20th september i receve other bill dated bill date 6th september 2012 for other 52.24 demanding to pay in 11 days that bring grand total to 190.47 for a bill that was sapose to be 166.23 it was all lies from bt that they had gaven 68.66 of refund all got was lies after lies from bt
